3. What Data is Processed?

3.1 Data You Enter

The app allows you to store the following bank data:

• IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
• Account holder name
• Account name/designation
• Bank name
• BIC/SWIFT code
• Notes
• Online banking URL

This data is stored exclusively locally on your device in the protected app storage.

3.2 Automatically Collected Data

The app does not collect automatic data such as:

• Location data
• Usage statistics
• Device information
• Crash reports

4. iCloud Synchronization

If you have iCloud enabled on your device and allow IBANsafe access to iCloud, your account data will be synchronized between your devices via Apple’s iCloud service.

5. Siri and Shortcuts

IBANsafe supports Siri and Apple’s Shortcuts app. When you use these features, your account names are transmitted to Siri so you can access your IBANs via voice command.

This data is processed by Apple according to their privacy policies. I have no access to this data.

6. Spotlight Search

Your accounts can optionally be displayed in iOS Spotlight search. This data is stored exclusively locally on your device in the Spotlight index and is not transmitted to Apple or third parties.

7. Camera Access

The app requires access to the camera to scan QR codes (GiroCodes and IBANsafe codes). The camera is used exclusively for this purpose. No images are stored or transmitted.

8. Data Security

Your data is protected by the following measures:

• Local Storage: All data is stored in the protected app container on your device.
• Biometric Authentication: Optionally, you can protect access to the app with Face ID or Touch ID.
• Encryption: When iCloud synchronization is enabled, data is transmitted with end-to-end encryption.
• No External Transmission: Your data is never transmitted to me or third parties at any time.

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view all data stored in the app at any time.
• Correction: You can edit your data in the app at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete individual accounts or all data in the app. The “Reset App” function in settings deletes all data completely.
• Data Portability: You can export your account data via the share function.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data.

10. No Data Transmission to Third Parties

I do not transmit your data to third parties. The only exception is optional iCloud synchronization, where Apple acts as a data processor.
